At 14:25hrs Tanker 21 was requested to assist multiple Fort Bend and Brazoria County Fire Departments with an expanding grass fire in the area of Highway 36 and County Road 18 south of Needville. Following a 30-minute response Tanker 21 provided water supply to division booster units working to contain the 300+ acre fire and provide structural protection. Upon completion of assignments all units returned to service at 17:35hrs.
